Ingredients
30 gms Bran/Millet Flour
15 gms Wheat Flour only if you are using Bran flour
1 tsp Flax Seed Powder
1 small cup Red Cabbage
1 small cup Tomatoes
1 small cup Capsicum red,yellow and green
1 small cup Lettuce chopped
1 small cup Spring Onions
1 small cup Tindli chopped
2 tsp Coriander+Mint Chutney already prepared
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp Oil
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper Powder
Water as required
Instructions
1.Knead the dough using Bran(and wheat atta) or millet flour and adequate amount of water and keep it aside.
2.Now finely chop all the vegetables. In pan heat oil and saute all the vegetable except lettuce.
3.Once vegetables are cooked add salt and pepper powder, lemon juice and mix.
4.Make roti out of the dough and roast it evenly.
5.Spread green chutney on roti, put chopped lettuce and sauted veggies to top, wrap it like a frankie and serve hot.
