Ingredients
1 Yellow Bell Pepper
1 Green Bell Pepper
1 Red Bell Pepper
6 Mushrooms (chopped in small pieces)
1 Onion (sliced)
1 Tomato (cut in small cubes)
150 gms Broccoli
3 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp Nutmeg Powder
1/2 tsp Pepper Powder
1/2 tsp Cinnamon Powder
1/2 tsp olive oil
Instructions
1.Heat olive oil in a kadhai and add chopped garlic.
2.Then add red, yellow, green bell pepper. When slightly cooked, add onions.
3.When onions turn pink add mushrooms, tomatoes and broccoli. Saute for a while and add little water.
4.Then add salt, pepper powder, nutmeg powder, cinnamon powder and lime juice. Let it cook for a while and turn down the flame.
Serve hot with chapattis.
