Ingredients
1 cup Red Bell Peppers chopped
1 cup Green Bell Peppers chopped
1 cup Yellow Bell Peppers chopped
1 cup Mushrooms chopped
1 cup Onions chopped in cubes
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp Mixed Herbs
Red Chilli
1/2 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper Powder
Instructions
1.Heat oil in the pan. Add to it chopped garlic, red chilli followed by onion, bell peppers and mushrooms.
2.Saute all the ingredients on high flame. After a while, turn down the flame and, add salt, mixed herbs and pepper powder.
3.Toss the ingredients again and serve hot.
