Recipe Notes

Ingredients

1/4 bunch of Spinach Leaves
25 gms Tofu/Paneer
1 tsp Ginger-Garlic paste
1/2 tsp Oil
1/2-1 cup of Vegetable Stock
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

This recipe is rich in fibre and helps to reduce hunger pangs, thus aiding weight loss.

Instructions

1.Wash and clean the spinach. Blanch spinach leaves into boiling water for 2-3 minutes. And transfer them immediately to ice cold water; on cooling grind it into the puree.
2.Chop paneer or tofu in to small cubes. Heat oil; add ginger garlic paste and sauté.
3.Put the spinach puree, salt, pepper powder and mix well. Add vegetable stock as required and bring it to boil.
4.Garnish it with chopped tofu/paneer and serve it hot.
