Ingredients
For the salad
50 gms Babycorn
50 gms Capsicum
50 gms Cucumber
50 gms Zucchini
50 gms Green Bell Pepper
For the dressing
2 tsp Lime Juice
1/4 tsp Stevia Powder
Salt to taste
Instructions
For the dressing
Mix all the dressing ingredients together and keep it aside for 1 hour.
For the salad
Chop the vegetables finely. Add the dressing to the chopped vegetables Mix well.Chill in the refrigerator. Serve cold.
