Ingredients
1 bunch Methi
10 cloves of garlic
4 Green Chillies
4 tsp Oil
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
Salt to taste
Instructions
1.Heat oil in a non-stick pan.
2.Add garlic and green chilli paste and turmeric powder. Let it cook really well.
3.Add methi leaves, salt and let cook on low flame for some time.
4.Keep stirring and once methi is cooked, then cook it on full flame for a little while and serve hot.
