Ingredients
10 Spinach Leaves
1/2 tsp Curd (skimmed milk)
1/4 tsp Red Chili Powder
1 Elaichi
1/2 tsp Salt
Instructions
1.Boil 2 cups water in a pan. Wash palak and chop finely. Boil the leaves in the boiling water for 3 minutes.
2.Strain and cool the spinach leaves. Beat the curd until you get a smooth consistency.
3.Crush seeds of elaichi add palak, salt and red chili powder along with elaichi to the beaten curd. Sprinkle with bhuna jeera and red chili powder.
Good recipe to relieve constipation.
