Every child in India has the right to free and quality education; yet approximately one out of every two children do not have access to school. Stepping ahead for the cause, renowned celebrities like Anjali Mukherjee , Arbaaz Khan, Huma Qureshi, Farah Khan and Neha Dhupia joined hands to come together on a single platform, thus participating in a historical ˜Walk for the Love of Shiksha™ along with P&G Shiksha students to express their solidarity.
At the rally, Anjali Mukerjee along with other celebrities extended selflessly support to the cause and encouraged consumers to help lead more and more underprivileged children on the path to education. Anjali Mukerjee also spoke to the media about this unique initiative and on the future of education in India.
