Gout is a type of arthritis that causes inflammation in joint/s. It usually develops in people with high levels of uric acid in the blood. The first symptom of this joint complaint is excruciating pain, which eventually results in swelling.

- Poor kidney functioning
Symptoms:
- Intense joint pain that affects the ankles, knees, elbows, wrists and fingers
- Swelling
- Tenderness
