Green Tea and Apple Smoothie for Weight Loss

Drinking one glass of this green drink is like having breakfast. Delicious and guilty-free, Green tea and Apple smoothie contains high amount of soluble fibre that comes from apple skin.

Ingredients:
1 no Lemon
1 no Apple
1 cup (150 ml) Green tea (chilled)
1 tsp Chia seeds (soaked for 10 minutes)
Artificial sweetener

Instructions:
1. Combine all the ingredients and blend them in a blender until you get the desired consistency
2.Add a few ice cubes and drink it cold
