Flaxseed Cinnamon Smoothie to Lose Weight
Flaxseed Cinnamon smoothie is a powerhouse of nutrients, making it ideal for consumption after waking up in the morning. It contains superfoods like soya milk, cinnamon and flaxseed that help in losing weight.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Soya milk (natural flavoured unsweetened)
1/2 cup Water
1 tsp Ground cinnamon (optional)
1 tbsp Flaxseed meal (ground roasted flaxseed)
Sweetener (optional)
Instructions:
1.Add all the ingredients in a blender, and pulse for approximately 10-15 seconds
2.If you’re going to drink it immediately, add three ice cubes to chill and drink
