Protein-rich Chocolate and Milk Smoothie
If you love chocolates, you’ll love this drink too! It’s so delicious that it can be a perfect excuse to relish sweet stuff at breakfast or snack time. Chocolate and Milk smoothie is loaded with proteins, omega-3 fatty acids, antioxidants and minerals.
Ingredients:
1 cup Skimmed
1 tsp Chia seeds (soaked)
1 tsp Cocoa Powder (unsweetened)
3 drops Vanilla Essence
Artificial sweetener (optional)
Instructions:
1. Soak chia seeds in water for 10 minutes
2. Once the seeds turn into a gel form, you can store it in the fridge for up to a week
3. Add all ingredients in a blender and blend it till it turns smooth
