Spondylosis is degeneration of the spinal column. It is an umbrella term used to describe osteoarthritis of the spine. It is a common age-related condition that affects the joints and discs in the neck. Mostly people above 60 experience the symptoms, however, there are many who have spondylosis but never experience the symptoms.

- Dehydrated spinal discs

- Ligament
- Heavy lifting
Symptoms:
- Pain might increase while standing, sitting, sneezing & coughing
- A stiffened neck can become worse
- Headaches might mostly occur in the back of the head
