1 litre Water
1 Cucumber wedged or sliced
1 Lemon wedged or sliced
2 inches Ginger sliced
10 Mint Leaves
Instructions
1.Combine all into pitcher
2.Add ice cubes and refrigerate for 2 hours
3.Add mint leaves
4.Drink all day, replace every 24 hours!
