Ingredients
1 bunch Methi
8-10 cloves of garlic (make a paste)
1-2 Green Chillies (make a paste)
1 small Onion
1/2 small Tomato
1 tsp Oil
1/2 tsp pinch of turmeric powder
1/4 tsp Mustard seeds
A pinch of Hing
Salt to taste
Instructions
1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan.
2. Add garlic, green chillies paste, onion, tomato and turmeric powder. Let it cook well
3. Add methi leaves, salt, mustard seeds and hing, and let cook on low flame for some time
4. Keep stirring. Once methi is cooked, cook it on full flame for little while and serve it hot
