Ingredients
100 gms Paneer
1 Broccoli (chopped)
2 Tomatoes
1 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp garlic
Salt to taste
1 Green Chilli
1 tsp Lime Juice
Instructions
1.Prepare homemade Paneer from ½ litre cow’s milk.
2.Chop broccoli finely & dice 2 tomatoes & keep it in a bowl aside.
3.Add olive oil, garlic, salt, green chilly & lime juice in chopped vegetables & Paneer.
4.Mix it well.
5.Microwave it for 4 minutes & serve hot.
