25 gms Whole Green Moong Atta
1 tbsp Besan
75 gms Dudhi
1 Carrot
30 gms Cabbage
Salt to taste
Black Pepper Powder (a pinch)
1.Grate dudhi, carrot and cabbage. Add the grated veggies into the atta. Mix well add salt, black pepper powder and water.
2.Make the muthiya and steam it in steamer. Serve it hot with green chutney.
