2 ripe Tomatoes
1 tsp Sugar
500 ml Chilled Water
Few Mint Leaves
Salt to taste
A pinch of pepper powder
1.Finely chop the mint leaves. Blend tomatoes with 250 ml chilled water to make a puree.
2.Strain the puree. Add remaining 250 ml of chilled water, salt, pepper powder and sugar-free.
3.Chill the shorbha. Serve it chilled with chopped mint leaves.
A good option for weight loss.
