2 litres Water
1/2 grapefruit sliced
1/2 Cucumber sliced
2-3 Mint Leaves
1/2 Lemon sliced
1. Combine them all into a bottle or pitcher
2. Add ice cubes and refrigerate for 2 hours
3. Drink all day, replace every 24 hours!
