1 Onion (chopped)
2 Green Chillies
2 Tomatoes (chopped)
Few Spinach Leaves (chopped)
3 Egg Whites
3 tsp Wheat Flour
1/4 tsp Pepper Powder
Salt to taste
1.Beat eggs well. Mix all the ingredients well.
2.Prepare the batter and heat a pan in the meanwhile.
3.Spread little oil on the pan and pour the batter on it. Cook on both sides.
