1 tsp olive oil
1 bunch Palak boiled and grind coarsely
1/2 tsp Jeera
1 whole Tomato grated
1 whole Onion chopped
1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder
1/2 tsp Dhaniya Powder
1/2 tsp Jeera Powder
1/2 tsp Haldi Powder
1.Heat oil in a kadhai. Put jeera and wait till they start crackling.
2.Add onion, tomatoes and palak. Then add red chili powder, dhaniya powder, jeera powder, haldi powder and salt
3.Allow it to cook properly.
The dish tastes best when served hot with rotis.
