Ingredients
20 gms Tomatoes
20 gms Bottle Gourd
25 gms Drumsticks
15 gms Capsicum
10 gms French Beans
15 gms Mushrooms
1 tsp Husk
1/2 tsp White Pepper
1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
1/2 tsp Methi and Jeera Seeds
5 Curry leaves
3 cloves of garlic
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Oil
Instructions
1.Boil all the vegetables in the pressure cooker. In a non-stick pan, put oil and then add methi seeds, jeera, curry leaves and garlic for tadka.
2.Then add the boiled vegetables into it and then add white pepper, coriander powder and salt to taste.
3.Add 2 glasses of water into it and simmer it for about 10 minutes and then add husk for thickening.
4.Stir it for 2 minutes. Serve it in a bowl with mint leaves and coriander leaves on top.
