Ingredients

2 Eggs White
1/2 small Onion
1/2 small Cucumber
4 big Lettuce Leaves
1/2 Pepper Powder
1.5 tsp Lemon Juice

Instructions

1.Boil the eggs and separate the egg white. Cut the egg whites into cubes. Wash and clean all the veggies.
2.Roughly chop the lettuce leaves. Chop cucumber and onion in cubes.
3.In a bowl, mix all the chopped vegetable with egg whites. Put lemon juice, salt and pepper powder and mix well. Serve immediately.
