1/4 cup pear barley
4 cups Water
A pinch of salt
1/2 tsp Honey
Lemon juice (optional)
1. Boil water and barley grains in a saucepan on a low flame for 30 minutes
2. Add salt, honey and lemon juice to taste
3. Strain into a glass, refrigerate for 30 mins
4. Sip in the goodness!
