1 bowl Curd low fat
5 no. of Curry leaves
1 no. of Green Chilli
1 tsp Oil
1/2 tsp Rock Salt
1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1/4 tsp Ginger grated
A pinch of Hing
1.Grind rock salt and green chilly in a mixer.
2.Take one bowl of curd and mix it in water and convert it into a running consistency.
3.Heat some oil and add curry leaves, mustard seeds and ginger.
4.Once it splutters, add the curd mixture followed by turmeric powder.
5.Cook for 1-2 minute and then serve.
