1 medium-size Tomato (chopped)
1 cup Curd
1 tsp Capsicum (chopped)
1 tsp Cucumber (chopped)
1 tsp Spring Onion (chopped)
1 tsp garlic (crushed)
1 tsp Honey
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

1.Blend fresh tomato in a mixer and strain it to get a clear juice.
