1/2 tsp Butter
1 Onion (chopped)
1 Tomato (blanched)
Tabasco Sauce to taste
Pepper to taste
Salt to taste
1.Take ½ tsp butter. Add chopped onions and cook them until golden brown. Add water. Boil for some time and then strain the water.
2.In this stock, add Tabasco, pepper and add the paste of blanched tomato. Serve hot.
