1 cup Chana Dal
1 Onion
1 cup Mix Veggies (french beans, cauliflower, carrots)
Salt to taste
1.Soak chana dal overnight and coarsely grind it in the morning. Keep it aside.
2.In a pan add 1 tsp of oil, followed by chopped green chili, chopped onion and other ingredients.
3.Stir the ingredients together well, then add chana dal paste. Cover the kadhai with a lid and cook till it turns soft.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
